Prices

€ 1.350 / week (May, June & September) 
€ 1.650 / week (July & August)
€ 1.050 / week or € 2.250 / month (October-April, heating excl.)
Shorter stays in low season are possible

Arrival: Saturdays (after 17:00)
Departure: Saturdays (latest 12:00)

Booking: 30 % of the total price is charged as booking fee.
The remaining amount is transferred three weeks before arrival.

Cancellation fee: 30% booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining fee is refundable up to three weeks before the start of the rental period.

Discounts: Available for stays of 2 weeks or more.

Holiday: during Christmas- & Easter holidays rates are the same as during high season.

Daily rates: Available with a minimum of a three nights-stay but needs to be confirmed via email
